How Fuera Dolor Lumbar replaced a manual WhatsApp process with a fully automated funnel — from lead capture to high-ticket upsell.
The Problem
The 7-day challenge was delivered by hand through WhatsApp groups.
Payments collected via links dropped into chat. Upsells handled conversation by conversation.
Every new participant added more manual work. No email list, no automation, no system that worked without the founder being present.
What I Built
A complete automated funnel: landing page, payment gateway integration, 7-day email delivery sequence, automatic upsell to the high-ticket program at Day 7, follow-up re-engagement sequence, and Facebook Ads to drive leads in without depending on organic Instagram reach.
The Result
Manual WhatsApp process replaced entirely.
Challenge delivery automated and repeatable.
Clear predictable path from low-ticket challenge to high-ticket program built for the first time.
Honest Context
The system was fully built and delivered. The webinar component, historically their highest-converting acquisition element, was removed from the strategy at the client's request.
The full revenue potential of the complete system wasn't realised as a result.

How Vikara Lifestyle went from zero digital presence to 2,056 leads in 90 days.
The Problem
Growing entirely on word of mouth with no system to generate leads consistently. Income was unpredictable and growth was capped by whoever happened to refer them that month.
What I Built
A lead magnet funnel with Meta Ads driving targeted traffic, covering everything from opt-in to application call booking. First time the business had a repeatable system to generate interest from people who didn't already know them.
The Result
· 2,056 leads in 90 days
· $884 in ad spend
· $0.43 CPL
· 1 high-ticket retreat booked , covering the entire campaign cost.
Honest Context
This campaign ran in 2019 when Meta CPLs were significantly lower. The CPL benchmark has changed. The funnel architecture hasn't.

How 24 Fit Beach Málaga built their first system to consistently turn social media followers into paying members.

Seven years in business, 125+ five-star reviews, strong retention, active Instagram... but almost no system to convert that attention into trial bookings.
People engaged with the content. Very few took the next step. Interest was disappearing without being captured.
What I Built
A lead magnet funnel using the free trial class as the entry offer, capturing emails before asking for any commitment.
Email and WhatsApp automation sequence to get leads to show up to the trial and convert to paid membership.
Streamlined booking flow with fewer steps. Meta Ads driving targeted traffic to the funnel instead of relying on organic reach alone.
